WHEY Refreshing


The Chocolate Vivanno Smoothie is my new mid- morning pick me up OBSESSION! (ordered with Non-Fat Milk, of course!) The perfect blend of chocolate icy goodness, whey protein and fiber powder, bananna, & milk. Since today was 90 degrees it not only filled my tummy but was so refreshing! Thank you Starbux!

I plan to indulge Vivanno style at least once a week, great boost before a cardio workout!

Thirty (One) Day Challenge

I have decided to begin an overall improvement of my complete happiness, health, & weight loss before the fall begins. Since there are 31 days in August I will begin tracking my progress Aug 1 and completing my challenge Sept 1. Anyone who is wanting to make changes as well a good support system is so helpful!

for something new. Do some inner work to eliminate old mental and
emotional concepts that are no longer serving your growth."

My goals:
~Drinking at least 60 oz. of H20 a day. (you should be drinking 1/2 of your body weight each day in ounces )
~Since it would be nearly impossible to cut coffee out of my life I will continue my 3-5+ cups a days MINUS the sugar & adding only SKIM or FAT FREE milk
~1 hour of cardio 3-5 times a week ( I want to get back into the routine of running ) walking, tennis, playing tag and running races with Maya & continuing my obsession with On Demand workouts (Jackie Warner kicks my booty!)
~Begin to experiment with healthy recipes I have collected over the years to improve my cooking skills
~I will be buying and cooking organically and locally as much as possible and indulging in the delicious fruits and vegetables while they are available
