Update

NOTE TO SELF: DO NOT start a diet like this in the midst of planning and attending  5 year old birthday parties all week long, studying and presenting at school, redoing your bathroom, starting up again at the gym and ten thousand other things going on! HaHa.. In my opinion it lacks sufficient proten to take you through normal activity.. I was practically falling asleep driving to and from school at the beginning of the week and cheated BIG time with Birthday Festivities midweek. I may try this diet again when my week isn't so high stress and busy.
Have you tried this diet? What were the results?

I did like the variety of foods you were able to eat- minus the hard boiled eggs! Ekk!

A Kick Off to New Habits..

Last week I joined a gym for something to do while my daughter was in gymnastics. I am soo looking forward to getting in shape! As the days get breezier it will be easier to work out at the gym leaving behind my summer routine of circling the neighborhood like a crazy woman! ELIPTICAL AND TREADMILL.. I OWN YOU!

As I set my goals for the next few months I was scouring the internet for a safe and effective diet that will allow a good jump start to a new healthy routine.. Here's what I found and Im going for it.. Day #1 starts tomorrow @ 7am!

This is all the food which you can have in five days time, nothing more except water (it is recommended to drink as much non-carbonated mineral water as you can to get best results):


My Shopping List
One bottle of good white wine 0,7 litres
5 boiled eggs,
800 g of low-fat cottage cheese
5 big tomatoes,
5 big apples,
5 cucumbers or a paprika (sweet pepper),
2 litres of low-fat yogurt.
Greens

Here is the schedule for one day (use this schedule for all 5 days without any changes):


10:00 Coffee without sugar and 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese,
12:00 A tomato and an egg with greens,
  2:00 An apple
4:00 100g of low-fat cottage cheese and a paprika or a cucumber with greens,

8:00 A glass of wine!!!

*looking for an easy snack for the gap between 4 and bed.. Almonds sound good.. Any other fast & easy suggestions?? The yogurt isn't mentioned in the schedule but recommended for my list.. Maybe yogurt as... dinner? Hmm...
